2012（二）權力順序

要知道中國的權力順序，看看人民日報就知道了，而且隨時更新。直到昨天，順序是：

胡錦濤、江澤民（有奇怪的東西混進去了）、吳邦國、溫家寶、賈慶林、李長春、習近平、李克強、賀國強、周永康

美國呢？一般人就不太清楚了，除了列根總統遇刺那一段日子，大抵知道的人很少吧？電影當中，總統不願坐上空軍一號避難，幕僚長就提過權力順序，安撫人心。具體內容呢？他實際上排第幾？

根據杜魯門總統1947年簽署的最新版總統職位繼承順序法，應該是這樣的：

President, Vice President, The Speaker of the House of Representatives（眾議院議長）, The President pro tempore of the Senate（參議院臨時議長，議長是副總統本人）, Secretary of State（國務卿）, Secretary of the Treasury, Secretary of Defense, Attorney General, Secretary of the Interior, Secretary of Agriculture, Secretary of Commerce, Secretary of Labor, Secretary of Health and Human Services, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Secretary of Transportation, Secretary of Energy, Secretary of Education, Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Secretary of Homeland Security

對不起，幕僚長，你其實連個位置都沒有，我就當總統已經宣佈辭職，你也只能夠稍微控制一下空軍一號，到了方舟，你就應該站後一點，讓給在船上，以上名單中的其中一位政府高官。怎麼你還在指點江山？是不是剛好所有人都死清光？還是說你根本一開始就奪了權？
